Our 2017 Sparkling Blanc de Noir is made by Michael Cruse, who has been deftly crafting incredible Sparkling Wines in the traditional method under his highly allocated Ultramarine label. He was Winemaker of the Year by the San Francisco Chronicle in 2016. Making a world class sparkling wine is somewhat of a lost art, in that many of the large French and California corporate makers have devolved to an average product that is mass produced and tastes as much. To us it is worth the investment to do it right, and we hope you will find consuming these wines equally rewarding and satisfying.
