Given our very small production, access to our estate wines is extremely limited, and it is a select group of devotees and tastemakers who veer off the beaten path to discover us. Thus we take great pride rewarding their curiosity and persistence with both exceptional quality and great value relative to comparable wines sourced from Burgundy.
Pence wines are only available for purchase in our tasting room and through our membership mailing list. To ensure you receive an allocation of our estate-grown and block-designate wines, we invite you to enroll as a member at one of four available levels.
Members at all levels are entitled to a number of complimentary tastings in private venues reserved solely for their use and not accessible by the public. These unique destinations are scattered around our beautifully landscaped pond and adjacent canyon, shaded by tremendous ancient oaks with close views of the vineyards. Members also receive exclusive invitations to entertaining and insightful events held on the estate, as well as special access to large-format bottlings, library wines, and much more.
Monopole
Indicative of their elite status, Monopole members are guaranteed access to our smallest production and most sought-after wines. They also enjoy the greatest range of benefits, including special invitations to all private, members-only events and complementary shipping on all allocation and case orders.

Lieu-Dit
Lieu-Dit members enjoy a broad selection of our Estate wines, plus preferred access to our smaller production and allocated selections. In addition, they receive advance preferential invitations to private winery events.

Grand Cru
Our most affordable option, Grand Cru membership offers a comprehensive introduction to Pence Vineyards & Winery. Members are guaranteed access to a broad assortment of our estate wines and an invitation to one of our exclusive member events.

10% discount on wine purchases, 2 complimentary tastings 3 times annually

Premier Cru
Our most flexible option, Premier Cru allocates members six bottles annually. Unlike traditionally structured releases with automatic shipments, Premiere Cru allows members to purchase wines and build a Pence collection on their own schedule.
