Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir is incredibly unique, with the ability to drive character from the vineyard, with natural fermentation and minimal oak aging. The dense clay at the Pence Estate provides a certain density on the palate that allows for decades of aging potential, as well as the bright acidity that compliments that density.
