Our Estate Olive Oil is biodynamically farmed, grown and made by Pence Vineyards & Winery in the Santa Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County. This olive oil is a blend of 900 trees representing 10 unique species from 4 countries, all planted in 2015. We pick our olives slightly early when they are greener in color, which means significantly less yield, but in exchange we achieve far more flavor and greater quality.
